You may return unused, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus original shipping costs. To be eligible for a return, items must be in new, resellable condition and in their original packaging.
Custom Orders Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom-sized or made-to-order products unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items Please inspect your order upon arrival. If anything is damaged or incorrect, contact us at support@neuformstore.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right—either with a replacement or refund.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@neuformstore.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.
