You may return unused, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus original shipping costs. To be eligible for a return, items must be in new, resellable condition and in their original packaging.

Custom Orders
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom-sized or made-to-order products unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If anything is damaged or incorrect, contact us at support@neuformstore.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right—either with a replacement or refund.

How to Start a Return

• Email us at support@neuformstore.com with your order number and reason for return.

• We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

• Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
